FAQs

My work hours are between 9 to 8, Monday to Friday Philippine time and 9 to 4 Saturday & Sunday. You may send me work at the end of your business day so that I can work on the project and return the work before the start of the next business day.

Payment is due before work begins. I have 20, 40, 80 and 120 VA packages. You may request more than 120 hour VA package. Just email me!

If after 1 year and the client has not delivered or isn’t active in giving tasks, the agreement will be terminated and all deposits will be forfeited.

Yes – especially for packages over 40 hours. Unused hours roll over month-to-month except:

  • 20 hour VA package will expire after 1 month.
  • It’s your responsibility to make sure they’re utilized within the timeframe, as that would defeat the purpose of allocating retainer time each month for projects. If I am running close on hours, I will let you know before going over.

Payment options include credit card payments and payments from a bank account via PayPal.

We communicate via email, Asana, Slack and Skype. Skype calls needs to be scheduled.

There will be no refunds on work completed and hours booked. Website Packages are non refundable.

I use Toggl to track my time. Toggl is a time tracking software that times every project to the second.

VA package service includes all administrative assistance, social media management, email marketing, internet marketing, website updates and more!

Usually 24 hours, unless you ask me to carry out a large or ongoing task.
